Selena texted her sister on October 7th, 2022 letting her know she was with friends and would be going out that evening.
Selena and her sister texted daily, so when her sister didn't hear from Selena in the next few days, she was beginning to panic. She could also see that Selena-or someone- had read her messages, but was not answering her.
This went on for several days, and here we are- five months later, with still no sign of Selena Garcia.
Her family had to fight for law enforcement help and media attention on her case, and it's still a struggle today.
